Thank you for choosing Zavune. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines our terms for cancellations and refunds.
1. Free Tiers
The Guest and Free tiers are provided at no charge. No payment is required and no refund is applicable.
2. Paid Subscriptions (Pro)
2.1 Cancellation
- You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
- Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
- After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free tier. Your data will be preserved.
2.2 Refund Eligibility
- Within 14 days of initial purchase: If you are not satisfied with the Pro tier, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. No questions asked.
- After 14 days: Refunds are generally not available after the 14-day period. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances (e.g., prolonged service outage, billing errors).
- Renewal payments: Refunds for automatic renewal charges may be requested within 7 days of the renewal date if you forgot to cancel.
2.3 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@zavune.com with:
- Your account email address.
- The date of the charge.
- The reason for your refund request.
We aim to process all refund requests within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method via LemonSqueezy.
3. Service Credits
In some cases, we may offer service credits instead of a monetary refund. Service credits can be applied toward future subscription payments.
4. Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Third-party API costs incurred through your own API keys (these are billed directly by your AI provider).
- Violations of our Terms of Service that resulted in account suspension.
- Dissatisfaction with third-party AI model outputs (which are beyond our control).
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
